Born into a family business — his father co-owns RSI General Contracting and his mother is a professional interior designer behind Rothman Business Interiors — real estate is truly in Brandon's DNA. He grew up on active job sites and in design studios, which is why he sees every property through three lenses at once: a contractor's eye for structure and what can be transformed, a designer's eye for staging, light, and presentation, and a strategist's eye for pricing, negotiation, and the data behind the deal. Brandon's eye for presentation isn't accidental. Before going all-in on real estate, he built a parallel career as a multi-published Vogue photographer, shooting fashion and editorial campaigns for major agencies and magazines across Los Angeles. His family carries a rich and proud history of military service across the USMC, USAF, and Army, including a Purple Heart recipient. That legacy of sacrifice, discipline, and service shaped who Brandon is to his core. Brandon spent four years in ROTC Air Force, accumulating over 250 hours of public service and volunteer work, serving as a Squadron Commander overseeing 250+ cadets, training and instructing classes, and earning a national award on the Armed Drill Team. His original path was studying Aeronautical Engineering with a trajectory toward the Air Force Academy — a dream rooted in honoring his family's deep military tradition.

That same discipline, leadership, and systems thinking is what he brings to real estate every day. Today, Brandon serves as Director of Sales at Ilic Estates Group, leading a team of agents across Los Angeles County and maintaining a referral network that reaches coast to coast — agents, lenders, designers, contractors, and out-of-state investors in markets he knows intimately.
